An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist 6-bed children’s home in Newhaven. This home supports young people in overcoming problematic sexualised behaviours, providing a structured, therapeutic environment to help them work towards positive outcomes.

The Role

• Lead and develop a dedicated team to provide high-quality, therapeutic care
• Ensure the home meets Ofsted regulations and maintains outstanding standards
• Oversee care planning, behaviour management, and structured support strategies
• Work collaboratively with therapists, social workers, and external professionals
• Create a safe, stable, and supportive environment that promotes positive change

About You

• Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential setting
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding procedures, and trauma-informed practice
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete)
• A compassionate and structured approach to supporting young people with complex needs
• The ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
