Position – Registered Manager

Employment type – Permanent

Location – Birmingham

Salary – up to £50,000 p.a

Hours – 40 per week

Holidays – 35 days p.a. including Bank holidays

About the role – You will be part of a team that drives the organization forward. As Registered Manager of this 4-bed home with current ages between 14 to 17 years, your role is the day-to-day management of operations in accordance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and new Ofsted Quality Standards. Duties include contributing to the consistent promotion of the home to ensure occupancy levels are maintained, ensuring cost-effectiveness of all spend, budgeting, undertake training, ensure health and safety legislation is upheld, ensure data protection and influence the provision of positive care.

Experience required – We are looking for an experienced Children and Young Person’s Manager or a Deputy ready to take the next step.
