Basic Salary up to £54,825 + Performance Bonuses up to £18,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist 6-bed children’s home in Alton. This home provides a therapeutic and structured environment for young people who have experienced complex trauma, supporting them in their recovery and helping them to rebuild their futures.

The Role

• Lead and develop a dedicated team to provide high-quality, trauma-informed care
• Ensure the home meets Ofsted regulations and maintains the highest standards
• Oversee care planning, risk management, and individualised therapeutic strategies
• Work collaboratively with therapists, social workers, and external professionals
• Foster a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where young people can develop resilience and confidence

About You

• Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential setting
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding procedures, and therapeutic interventions
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete)
• A passion for trauma-informed care and achieving positive outcomes for children
• The ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team
