Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a passion for supporting children with learning disabilities? This is an exciting opportunity to lead a specialist 3-bed children’s home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment where children can thrive.

The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a dedicated team to provide outstanding care
  • Ensuring the home meets Ofsted regulations and maintains high standards
  • Creating a safe and structured environment tailored to the needs of children with learning disabilities
  • Overseeing care planning, risk management, and individual support strategies
  • Working closely with families, social workers, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes

About You

To be considered, you will need:

  • Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within children’s residential care
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards this)
  • A passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care
  • The ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team
