This company, a respected part of a well-established national care group, is seeking a passionate and skilled CQC Registered Manager to lead operations from their London office. You’ll be joining a team that’s committed to person-centred care for children, young people, and adults in community settings across England.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role where your expertise and vision will directly impact service quality, staff culture, and the lives of those supported.

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive salary between £55,000 – £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Flexible working arrangements to suit your lifestyle, including evening and weekend availability where needed
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Enhanced annual leave entitlement
  • Company pension scheme
  • Performance-based bonus scheme
  • Professional development opportunities including further qualifications and career progression
  • Employee wellbeing support in a collaborative and values-driven working environment

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Leading day-to-day operations and ensuring full compliance with CQC standards
  • Overseeing and supporting a high-performing team across care and office functions
  • Managing recruitment, supervision, and development of staff
  • Developing personalised care plans through detailed assessments
  • Driving quality improvement through audits, reviews, and governance systems
  • Ensuring all care delivery is safe, consistent, and aligned with best practice
  • Building positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and managing rotas to ensure continuity of care
  • Reporting to senior leadership and contributing to strategic planning
  • Managing performance against KPIs and maintaining budget oversight

To be considered, you’ll need:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Domiciliary Care setting
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and care regulations
  • A proven track record of effective team leadership
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence managing performance, risk, and safeguarding

Desirable qualities include:

  • Experience managing dispersed staff teams
  • Strong administrative and IT skills
  • A calm, resilient approach to challenging situations
  • A dynamic, flexible attitude and the ability to work independently

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, caring, and driven to make a genuine difference in the lives of others, while also nurturing a supportive and forward-thinking team culture.
