Are you an experienced and passionate Registered Manager looking for your next opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people?

We are seeking a highly motivated **Registered Care Home Manager** to lead a **16+ residential care service** based in Ilford, Essex. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a growing and supportive organisation dedicated to delivering outstanding outcomes for young people.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations.
– Provide strong leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a positive and nurturing environment for residents aged 16+.
– Ensure the home meets and exceeds all regulatory and quality standards.
– Lead on safeguarding, care planning, and the delivery of person-centred support.
– Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.

**Essential Requirements:**
– **Minimum 3 years of experience** as a Registered Manager in a childrens or 16+ care setting.
– **Strong working knowledge of Ofsted regulations** and proven experience in achieving Good or Outstanding ratings.
– NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
– Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
– A clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one).
