About the role – As a Registered Manager you will oversee 4 services all located close to each other offering Extra Care to service users in their own home. You will operationally manage the services, a Co-ordinator and a Senior at each site. Duties include promote awareness to receive referrals, undertake need and risk assessments, liaison with housing providers, review care plans and ensure they continuously meet the needs of the service users, medication management, promote warm relations with families, staff training and financial control
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required -.We are looking for someone form the same sector in a leadership capacity and good knowledge of care for older people. Ideally you will have a level 5 care qualification or be willing to work towards
