Supported Living Registered Manager
Location: Bromley
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (based on qualifications and experience)
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
This company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Supported Living Registered Manager to lead their three supported living services in Bromley. This hands-on role involves operational management, staff development, and ensuring the highest quality of care in accordance with CQC standards. As the Registered Manager, you will ensure service users receive individualised, person-centred support, empowering them to enjoy a fulfilling life, participate in the community, and develop their abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational management and quality assurance of three supported living services.
- Ensure compliance with care policies and behaviour management guidelines.
- Act as the CQC Registered Manager, meeting and exceeding regulatory standards.
- Provide support and coaching to staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Work closely with service users, their families, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure person-centred support.
- Manage staff resources efficiently, providing supervision, appraisal, and training.
About You:
- Experienced in managing supported living services and working with individuals with learning disabilities.
- Able to lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to promoting the rights and wellbeing of service users.
