Position: Adults Registered Manager

Location: Southampton

Salary: £33,000 – £39,000 per annum

Prospero are working with an organsation who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to adults with disabilities in the Southampton area. They are proud to be rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and are committed to continuous improvement and growth. The role of a Registered Manager is to be responsible for the operations and the compliance of the home, with everything from business growth, CQC rating and staffing the service.

Your Role: As an Adults Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our dedicated team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services. Your responsibilities will include:

✨ Overseeing day-to-day operations of the supported living service

✨ Leading and inspiring a team of dedicated support staff

✨ Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards

✨ Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs

✨ Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders

✨ Managing budgets and resources effectively

A competitive salary ranging from £34,000 – £39,000 per annum

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Previous experience in a managerial role within a similar care setting either as a Registered Manager or as a Deputy Manager

An NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards

A passion for improving the quality of life for vulnerable adults
