Position: Adults Registered Manager

Location: Southampton

Salary: £33,000 – £39,000 per annum

Prospero are working with an organsation who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to adults with disabilities in the Southampton area. The role of a Registered Manager is to be responsible for the operations and the compliance of the home, with everything from business growth, CQC rating and staffing the service.

Your Role: As an Adults Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our dedicated team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services. Your responsibilities will include:

✨ Overseeing day-to-day operations of the supported living service

✨ Leading and inspiring a team of dedicated support staff

✨ Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards

✨ Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs

✨ Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders

✨ Managing budgets and resources effectively

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Previous experience in a managerial role within a similar care setting either as a Registered Manager or as a Deputy Manager

An NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards

A passion for improving the quality of life for vulnerable adults
