Prospero Health and Social Care is seeking a qualified and dedicated Children’s Home Registered Manager for a new home in Worthing in West Sussex. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and inspire a team, ensuring that the children in our care receive the very best support, guidance, and a place they can truly call home. This is a 3-bedded home that is focused on accessing and healing trauma in children between the ages of 7 and 18.

What We Offer:

  • Up to £45,000 basic with a generous relocation package.
  • Up to £7,000 OTE bonuses for excellent performance in terms of building the quality of the team and the service
  • Guidance and support through inspections including support from internal quality manager and mock inspections.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant residential care environment.
  • At least 2 years supervising and managing staff, ideally at the Deputy Manager or the Registered Manager level.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce, LEVEL 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
  • A “Good” or “Outstanding” grade in recent inspections.
