Registered Manager – Cowbridge

Salary – £35,000 to £42,000 p.a (may go higher for the right person) £60 per sleep in

Hours – Monday – Friday typically 1 sleep in a month

About the role – As a Children’s Registered Manager, reporting to the Head of Children’s Services, you will have overall responsibility of the home ensuring a safe and effective service is delivered. Duties include maintaining all the systems in place to ensure home registration, managing staff performance, developing your knowledge of good practice and child care regulations, staff training, finance management, managing health and safety and staff rotas, recruitment and working with parents.

Qualifications and Experience required – QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Children and Young People’s Residential Management) Wales or

NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care – Children and Young People and NVQ Level 4 in Management

Care Council for Wales and CSSIW registration as a registered manager

Experience of working in the same setting.
