Registered Manager (Ofsted)

Ensuring that the physical standard of the Home provides a safe and good quality environment for the children/young people and meets the health and Safety and inspection guidelines.

As an Ofsted Registered Manager, deliver services which are fully compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements particularly, The Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015 and Social Care Common Inspection Framework.

To ensure children/young people are consulted and involved on decisions that affect their care.

As the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, together with Designated Safeguarding Lead work on ensuring the Child Protection policy is up to date and that staff understand and work within child protection procedures.

Adhere to Equality and Diversity Policy and contribute to an accessible and welcoming work environment.

Contribute to your personal and professional development by attending regular support and supervision sessions and training as identified by your line manager in relation to your role and responsibilities.
