Job Title: Registered Manager ‘Outstanding’ Children’s Home

Location: Leeds

Salary: £41,000 – £54,000 DOE

Prospero are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager for a children’s residential home just outside Leeds City Centre. This home caters to up to five children aged 6-12 with SEMH needs and developmental traumas. As the leader, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations and team development, ensuring compliance to work to retain the ‘Outstanding’ OFSTED rating. We are open to receiving applications from Deputy Managers ready to take the next step.

Brief:

Prospero looking for a committed Registered Manager to join an outstanding company providing a mid-term home for children to overcome childhood traumas. You’ll need at least three years management experience in a Children’s Residential Setting, a Level 5 in leadership and management, a minimum Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification, and a proven track record with OFSTED.

a valid driving license is essential for this role

Requirements for the role:

• Level 5 or Equivalent in Residential Childcare: Leadership & Management.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a Residential Children’s Home.
• Excellent knowledge of Children’s Home Regulations (2015).
• Proven Ofsted track record.
