Position – Registered Service Manager

Employment type – Permanent

Location – Eastry, Kent

Salary – £36,000 per annum

Hours – 39 Hours per week, requires flexibility.

About the role – You will be managing a supported living service, whilst promoting the organisation’s mission, values, and vision. You will be leading a CQC registered location, to act as the Registered Manager for the purposes of being legally responsible for meeting the requirement of relevant regulations.

Qualifications and Experience required –

Level 5 Diploma in Positive Behaviour Support, or willing to work towards

Level 3 Diploma in PMLD, or willing to work towards

Experience managing budgets and financial information

Experience managing a team

Experience working with vulnerable people, such as those with autism, learning disabilities, or acquire brain injuries.
