Prospero are looking for dedicated full-time Waking Support Workers in Southampton Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? Do you have experience working as a support worker and are looking for a new opportunity? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Children Support Worker to join our team in Southampton. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to children with additional needs during the night shift. This will involve assisting with personal care, feeding, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in your care. These children are between the ages of 7 and 17 with learning difficulties and autism.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience working as a support worker, preferably with children with additional needs. You should be patient, understanding, and have a strong ability to communicate effectively with both children and their families. Training is also provided.

Shifts will be between the hours of 21:30 to 08:00 with 37.5 hours worked across the week.
