Location – Ebbw Vale, Wales

Salary – £30,000 p.a

Hours – 40 per week 10am to 10am on a 3-week rolling rota

Why work here – This is a children’s residential EMBD care provider who offer therapeutic support to children who have suffered trauma. They work alongside multi agencies to access the very best help for their children and ensure their staff are highly trained and constantly developed.

About the role – As a Residential Support Worker, you will deliver emotional and therapeutic support to the children in your care. Developing rapport with the young people and ensuring their needs are met. Home size is 6 and 4 bed and the two homes situated very close together in this area.

Qualifications and Experience required – We are looking for stable and physically fit individuals with a similar background. You will need a QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People.
