Prospero looking to recruit several Registered Mental Health Nurses to join a Ward Team reporting to the Clinical Lead at a low secure mental health unit in ebbw vale, Wales for ad hoc temp shifts.
Responsibilities:
Delivering specialist nursing care and work to professional standards at all times. You ensure the correct administration of medication, including injections, and monitor the results of treatment and help young people manage their emotions through de-escalation techniques. Also maintain patient record and prepare care plans.
Requirements:
- Registered RMN
- Quality Management
- Clinical Effectiveness
- Direct Patient Care and Service
- MHA 1983
- Care and Treatment Plans
- Children’s Act 1989
- Competent in the Care Programme Approach
- Right gto work in the uk
- 6 months previous experience within hospital settings
