About the role – As a Rough Sleeper Navigator you will be working as a part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting individuals along their journey from the street into accommodation, following them across changes to their personal circumstances, including period of rough sleeping, changes in accommodation, or periods in institutions such as prison and hospital.
Qualifications and Experience required –
A full UK drivers license is required for this role.
Experience working with people who have experience homelessness.
Good IT skills and ability to keep accurate records using client databases, Excel, Microsoft Word, and email.
