About the role – As a Senior Assertive Outreach worker you will assist with the management of local projects, be responsible for supporting clients to reach their maximum potential, as well as upholding the values of the business. As a senior you will be responsible for supportive line management and supervision of team members, ensuring regular reviews are in place.

Qualifications and Experience required –

Driving license required.

Experience working as a part of a team in housing, health or social care setting.

Ability to manage own and supervise direct reports workload.
