Salary: Up to £24,862.50 per annum, based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised, person-centred support, empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives and engage in the community.
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with service users, promoting their self-esteem, happiness, and well-being.
  • Support service users in daily living skills, social activities, and personal development, while respecting their dignity and privacy.
  • Lead and supervise junior staff, ensuring high standards of care and coordination of activities.
  • Monitor and review personalised care plans, adapting to the changing needs of service users.
  • Participate in an on-call rota, offering additional support as needed.

Requirements:
