Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities
• Assist with daily living skills, including personal care and social activities
• Supervise and support junior staff to ensure high-quality care
• Develop and implement individual support plans
• Promote independence, dignity, and well-being for all service users
• Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins

Requirements:

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities (essential)
• Strong leadership and teamworking skills
• A compassionate and professional approach
• Flexibility to work shifts as required
