About the role – As a Service Manager, you will lead a brand new supported living service, housing 4 adults with multiple learning difficulties. You will manage a team and between you deliver high quality care to enable the residents to live as independently as possible. This role gives you the opportunity to be part of the service formation from the very beginning and build a strong team of support workers.
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required -.We are looking for someone who has worked in a manager capacity with the same client group and has a genuine desire to maintain a high quality service. You will have an NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care and be willing to work towards your Level 5 if necessary.
