Position – Service Manager – Domestic Abuse – female only

Location – Wiltshire, South Gloucestershire and Bath

Salary – £31,212 p.a.

Hours – 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Plus one in one or two Saturdays per month (days off in the week is given for this)

About the role – As a Service Manager reporting to the Regional Manager, you will manage the domestic abuse service. Your role will include supporting staff to empower clients to develop their skills, independence and resilience to move towards independent living.

Qualifications and Experience required – You will have staff management experience, have worked to statutory quality and legal requirements, supported care plans, recruited staff and been involved in staff training. You need a driving license and access to your own vehicle as well as experience of working with woman who have suffered domestic violence.
