Service Manager – Supported Living

Location: Greater Manchester (Swinton area)
Salary: £26,617.50 – £27,105 per annum – £13.90 per hour
Hours: 37.5 per week, flexible, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

This well-established care provider is seeking an experienced and motivated Supported Living Manager to oversee services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and long-term health needs in the Swinton area. You will be responsible for managing high-quality support across multiple supported tenancies, ensuring the care provided is person-centred and outcomes-focused.

As a Supported Living Manager, you will:

• Lead a team providing individualised support, ensuring service users maintain independence and participate in their communities.
• Collaborate with families, health professionals, and stakeholders to ensure holistic, high-quality care.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, supervision, and ensure services are CQC-compliant.
• Provide direct support, including personal care, daily living assistance, and medication management.
