Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee statutory processes and responsibilities for Looked After Children.
• Develop and implement care plans to meet the unique needs of children and young people.
• Work collaboratively with families, foster carers, and partner agencies to secure the best outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain high-quality case records and prepare reports for court proceedings, reviews, and panels.

What You’ll Bring:

• Qualified Social Worker with registration through Social Work England.
• Completion of ASYE and relevant experience in Looked After Children services.
• A strong understanding of statutory processes and responsibilities in children’s services.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills.
