Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

The Role

As a Supervising Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in fostering success in your region. Responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, developing, and retaining foster carers while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Providing robust support and supervision to foster carers, ensuring compliance with national standards and company policies.
  • Undertaking comprehensive assessments and presenting analytical reports to the Agency Panel.
  • Participating in training delivery and fostering events to support carers and children.
  • Contributing to out-of-hours support on a rota basis (1:6 weeks).

What You Bring

  • A recognised Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration.
  • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding, fostering regulations, and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a fully insured vehicle.
  • Flexibility to attend in-office meetings and provide emergency support when required.
