About the role – As a Service Manager, you will oversee the care delivered by your staff Team to both young and older adults. You and your Deputy will oversee some small supported living and outreach locations across Street, Wells, Frome, Nunney and Wookey.

Qualifications and Experience required – We are looking for a proven and experienced leader who has managed a team delivering the same type of care for a number of years. Who has strong compliance awareness, carried out staff reviews, facilitated person centered care plans and worked with outside agencies and families. You also will need a UK driving license. This role would also suit someone with Domiciliary experience at, at least Team Manager level and evidence of learning disability experience.
