Annual Salary: £13.50 per hour

As a Support Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality support to service users across two sites, fostering their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
• Supervise and support staff, ensuring excellent care standards and service delivery.
• Build meaningful relationships with service users, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote effective, person-centred care.
• Deputise for the Registered Manager, ensuring smooth operational management.
