Support Worker – Empowering Lives in Reading
Annual Salary: £13.50 per hour
Location: Reading, Berkshire
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will:
- Build warm and trusting relationships with service users.
- Support individuals with personal care, daily living skills, and accessing community resources.
- Encourage independence, helping individuals achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Provide practical and emotional support, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
- Assist in creating and implementing personalised care and activity plans.
- Help service users maintain and develop social connections and hobbies.
This role offers the opportunity to act as a Key Worker, enabling service users to achieve personal milestones while fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
