Location: Warwick
Salary: Up to £13.50 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications
Contract Type: Full-Time (flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)

Your role will involve:

  • Supporting service users with daily living skills, personal care, and tenancy management.
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and participation in the community.
  • Supporting physical and mental health, promoting healthy lifestyles, and managing medications.
  • Collaborating with families and professionals to deliver person-centred care.

Requirements:

  • Experience in care or support services is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including unsocial hours.
  • A driving licence is essential.
  • Commitment to completing a Level 2 or 3 Health and Social Care Diploma (if not already held).
