About the ideal Support Worker:

• Resilient and caring/emphatic and focused on achieving a high level of person centred service.
• A good understanding of Mental Health, Learning Difficulties and is keen to learn more about this on hands on experience.
• Has an up to date DBS or willing for us to apply on your behalf.
• At least 2 referees covering the last 5 years
• 1 years recent care experience or 6 months recent care experience with a recognised qualification.
