Salary: £13.50 per hour

The Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide tailored support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and physical health needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building trusting relationships to promote self-esteem and emotional well-being.
• Supporting daily living tasks, personal care, and community involvement.
• Encouraging independence in budgeting, work, education, and social activities.
• Assisting individuals to achieve personal goals and maintain tenancies.
