Are you a dedicated Support Worker looking to make a real difference in young people’s lives? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly specialised service supporting vulnerable individuals aged 10-17 in a secure setting.

The Role:

• Providing emotional and practical support to young people with complex needs
• Ensuring a safe and structured environment within a secure unit
• Building positive relationships and promoting independence
• Working within a multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation and development
