Our mission is to empower our clients to live fulfilling lives, promoting independence and well-being. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered support to clients with various needs, including but not limited to physical disabilities, mental health challenges, and learning disabilities.
• Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment, promoting independence and dignity for all clients.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings as needed.
• A valid driver’s license is desirable but not essential.
