Prospero are currently recruiting for a client who supports Young adults transitioning to independence, teaching them the life skills and knowledge that promotes a great path in life.
LEVEL 3 or Equivalent is desirable
Driver with Business insurance is preferred but not essential.
To work with vulnerable Young People (16+) and Adults (YP/A) from a variety of backgrounds supporting them to live independently and make informed choices about their future. To build YP/As confidence and resilience enabling them to access education, training and / or employment opportunities. To engage effectively with YP/As, and to demonstrate a positive attitude and acceptance towards them. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the YP/A

Requirements:
6 months paid, hands-on experience
To be approachable, friendly, proactive and engage with the services users & Prospero
Great communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
Desirable: DBS on the update service
