Support Worker

Prospero Health & Social Care are recruiting Supported Living Care Workers to work on behalf of Caerphilly Council. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are dedicated, compassionate, and looking for flexible work in the Caerphilly area.

We are looking for part-time care workers with availability for day shifts and waking nights. Whether you’re looking for a few shifts a week or more regular hours, we have opportunities to suit your needs.

Key Details:

• Location: Supported living settings across Caerphilly

• Shifts Available: Day shifts and waking nights

• Benefits: £16 per hour, weekly pay, training provided

Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with varying needs

• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration

• Encourage and promote independence, dignity, and respect for service users

• Support individuals to engage in social, recreational, and community activities

Requirements:

• Epilepsy training is required for this role (or a willingness to undergo training)

• Previous care experience

• Must be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts

• A compassionate and patient attitude with a genuine interest in improving the lives of others

• Enhanced DBS
