Support Worker

We work with Children and Young Adults in unregistered settings and bespoke crisis intervention placements – no two days are the same. If you have a can-do attitude and a heart for empowering kids to build independence and thrive in safe, nurturing homes, this is the role for you!

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 12 months’ paid experience working with children/young adults in health & social care

• Driving licence with business insurance & willingness to travel

• Reliable, compassionate, and flexible mindset

• NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People or Social Care registration (desired)

• Ability to commute or relocate

Shifts & Hours:

• 12-hour shifts (day & night)

• Some weekends & weekdays available

• Residential home & sheltered housing settings
