Do you have a heart of gold and the drive to make a real difference? If you’re passionate about supporting children with diverse needs, we want YOU to join our incredible team as a Child Support Worker in North Wales.

As a Child Support Worker, you’ll provide care and support to children with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health needs. Whether you’re helping out at home, in care homes, or out in the community, no two days will ever be the same.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide Compassionate Care: Help children with complex mental health and behavioural needs feel safe, supported, and understood.
  • Support Everyday Tasks: From personal care to household chores, you’ll be there to help them thrive.
  • Support Learning & Independence: Help implement tailored programs that promote independence and life skills.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Forge meaningful connections with the children and be their trusted support system.
  • Tackle Challenging Situations: Handle behaviours with professionalism and patience, ensuring every child’s well-being is a priority.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Adapt and act with confidence in any situation.
  • Patience & Emotional Resilience: Support children with varying needs, even in the toughest moments.
  • Non-Judgemental Attitude: Treat every individual with respect and compassion.
  • Experience with Mental Health: If you’ve worked with vulnerable children or those with mental health challenges, you’ll be a perfect fit.
  • Driving: Essential, as some locations can be spread out.
  • Qualifications: 2 years of UK experience in the health and social care sector, excellent English speaking skills, committed, and holder of a UK manual driving licence.
