Support Worker

We are seeking energetic, compassionate, and reliable support workers for a long-term role supporting a 22-year-old female with learning disabilities and Autism (ASD). This role is perfect for someone who loves to help clients gain independence, enjoy community outings, and engage in daily routines. Shifts include long day coverage and sleep shifts, providing stability and regular hours for you.

This package does not require personal care or lifting, but the client may display challenging behaviours, so confidence, patience, and a calm, supportive attitude are essential. You will use a mobility car to safely take her out and about, helping her explore new experiences, attend appointments, and enjoy community activities. Restraint training is desirable, adding an additional skill to your professional development.
