Support Worker (Full Time) Northallerton Area

Annual Salary: £24,752 – £25,000 (based on a GBP12 per hour rate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualised, person-centred support to residents in a homely, four-bedroom property.
• Encourage independence, personal growth, and involvement in the local community.
• Assist residents with daily living skills, personal care, and maintaining their physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Offer support in areas such as social skills, daily activities, and managing health needs.
• Assist with medication administration, budgeting, and tenancy responsibilities.

What You Will Need:

• A warm and person-centred approach to care.
• The ability to work flexibly, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to support individuals with challenging behaviour in a calm and patient manner.
• A commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and independence.
