Salary: £12.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trusting and supportive relationships with service users
• Promote self-esteem, emotional well-being, and independence
• Support individuals in daily living skills, personal care, social activities, and using community resources
• Respond flexibly to the individual needs and goals of service users
• Manage and administer medication in accordance with the organisation’s policy
• Assist with budgeting, personal finance management, and accessing benefits
• Contribute to person-centred care plans and support planning processes
