Support Worker – Blackpool (Learning Disabilities Support)

Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusting and supportive relationships with service users
- Promote self-esteem, emotional well-being, and independence
- Support individuals in daily living skills, personal care, social activities, and using community resources
- Respond flexibly to the individual needs and goals of service users
- Manage and administer medication in accordance with the organisation’s policy
- Assist with budgeting, personal finance management, and accessing benefits
- Contribute to person-centred care plans and support planning processes
