Salary: Competitive annual salary starting from £23,400 (based on £12 per hour)
Location: Heysham, with flexible shift options including full-time (37.5 – 48 hours) and part-time roles (minimum 15 hours)

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll work within a close-knit, multidisciplinary team to empower service users in achieving independence, social engagement, and well-being. This role is crucial for fostering self-esteem, confidence, and personal growth, with duties including:

  • Building trusting relationships with service users to facilitate self-expression and autonomy.
  • Supporting daily life skills, personal care, social activities, and financial management.
  • Collaborating with clinical teams to maintain consistency in care plans and behaviour management.
  • Encouraging physical and mental wellness through regular health checks, nutrition guidance, and promoting an active lifestyle.

Requirements
