Support Worker – Adults

he main duties of this role are providing 1:1 support as well as supporting adults with various learning difficulties, mental health and challenging behaviours. The successful candidate will be delivering support including emotional and psychological. Flexible work shift patterns as weekends and or bank holidays may require the candidate’s attendance. The candidate will also at times be involved in the creation and conducting of support plans and assist will meal preparation, house maintenance and personal hygiene where applicable. All duties should be conducted with sincerity and with the best interests of the service user(s).
