Support Worker Adults – Exeter

Hourly Rate: £11.65 – £14.50 with Enhancements

Prospero Health & Social Care are looking for excellent Adult Support Workers for flexible working opportunities across the Exeter area to deliver the very best standards and quality of care to adults with additional needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a reputable nationwide provider of residential support for adults with complex disabilities, and semi-independent support for adults.

You will implement care plans in collaboration with the team you are working with, support vulnerable adults in developing their living skills and access support and helping individuals to manage their emotions and behaviours effectively, and help build positive relationships with the individuals themselves to help them get the most out of life as they can.

Placements Available

• Supporting adults between the ages of 18 and 65 with a range of needs including learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions in a residential setting.
• Supporting adults with complex disabilities.
• Supporting adults in semi-independent living and working to boost independence skills.
• Providing support in the community for adults to help access work, health services, and social activities.
• Helping adults to live a full and fulfilling life
• Outreach support for vulnerable adults.

Requirements:

• Must have the right to work in the UK
• 1 year of experience in the UK care sector working with adults
• Experience as a Support Worker
• Driver with access to a vehicle (desirable)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service. (desirable)
• Up to date passport (desirable)

• Full time / Part time – Full Time with varied shift patterns to suit work / life balance.
• Hours – Long Days, Waking Nights, and Sleep in shifts available, We have flexible hours to match people’s busy schedules.
