We are a key supplier to Local Authorities across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands and have been trusted for over 25 years to deliver high-quality, tailored support across the region. Alongside our local authority partnerships, we also work closely with a range of private care organisations throughout Birmingham and neighbouring towns, and due to continued demand, we’re expanding our team of reliable and compassionate Support Workers.
You’ll support children, young people, families and adults with learning disabilities across a variety of settings – including residential homes, unregulated placements, supervised visits, supported living and domiciliary care. This is varied, meaningful work where no two days are the same.
What we offer:
Competitive hourly pay from £16 to £20
Flexible shifts to suit your availability
Consistent work through local authority placements
A wide range of varied assignments
Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
What you’ll need:
Minimum 1 year of UK-based experience in health and social care
A caring, professional and proactive approach
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
If you’re looking to work with a well-established, values-led organisation that is a trusted partner to local authorities across Birmingham and the West Midlands, we’d love to hear from you.
