Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for flexible, rewarding work in Bath, Swindon, Gloucester and the surrounding areas?

We’ve been trusted by local authorities and private organisations for over 25 years to deliver tailored, high-quality support across the community. As demand continues to grow, we’re expanding our team of compassionate and proactive Support Workers. We’re now looking for experienced Support Workers across the region, including Bath, Swindon, Gloucester, Chippenham, Cheltenham, Trowbridge, Stroud, and Cirencester.

You’ll have the option to support children, young people, families and adults with learning disabilities across a variety of settings – including residential homes, unregulated placements, supervised visits, supported living and domiciliary care. No two days are the same, and every placement offers the chance to make a meaningful difference.

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 1 year of UK-based experience in health and social care

• Strong communication skills and a caring approach

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
