Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people? We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team!
About the Role:
As a Children and Young People Support Worker, you will provide essential care, guidance, and support to children and young people who may have experienced challenging circumstances, including trauma, emotional difficulties, or learning disabilities. Your role will involve:
· Building positive relationships and providing emotional support to children and young people
· Assisting with daily activities, including education, play, and social interaction
· Promoting independence and life skills development
· Ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals in your care
· Working in partnership with families, schools, and other professionals
· Supporting young people to achieve personal goals and overcome barriers
· Monitoring progress and maintaining detailed records
Willingness to Travel:
· This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel to various locations across Coventry, West Midlands, East Midlands, Staffordshire, Telford and Shropshire providing support wherever needed. You will need to be happy working in different settings, whether its a childs home, school, or residential care facility.

· Reliable and committed to making a difference
Essential Requirements:
· Experience working with children and young people
· Ability to manage challenging behaviour and remain calm under pressure
· A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
· Full UK driving license (desirable but not essential)
