About the role – As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality support delivered in accordance with legislative frameworks. This is a Single Supported Housing & Trainer Tenancies service, with 6 floating support clients and approx. 22 bedspaces in total. Duties will include leading the staff team, overseeing building maintenance, rotering in sufficient staff levels, staff training and supervisions.
Qualifications and Experience required – For this role you’ll need a valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle, a background of working with vulnerable people on the margins of society with complex social needs. An experienced man-manger and able to lead a team positively.
