We are recruiting dedicated Support Workers across the South West of England, supporting local authorities and private care providers with high-quality health and social care services. With over 25 years’ experience delivering community-based support, we continue to expand due to increasing demand for skilled Support Workers across Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Swindon and surrounding areas.

As a Support Worker, you will provide tailored support to children, young people, families and adults with learning disabilities and additional needs. Roles are available across a variety of settings, including:

  • Residential childcare homes
  • Supported living services
  • Domiciliary care
  • Unregulated placements
  • Supervised contact and community-based support

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year UK experience in Health and Social Care
  • Experience supporting children, young people or adults with learning disabilities

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred for community-based roles)
