Support Worker – Swindon | £16-£20 per hour | Flexible Shifts

Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for flexible, rewarding work specifically in the Swindon area?

We are a key supplier to the Local Authority in Swindon and have been trusted for over 25 years to deliver high-quality, tailored support. Alongside our local authority partnership, we also work closely with a range of private care organisations, and due to continued demand, we’re expanding our team of reliable and compassionate Support Workers.

You’ll support children, young people, families and adults with learning disabilities across a variety of settings – including residential homes, unregulated placements, supervised visits, supported living and domiciliary care. This is varied, meaningful work where no two days are the same.

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 1 year of UK-based experience in health and social care

• A caring, professional and proactive approach

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
